🎉🎉🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO IUFT STUDENT GROUP ON WINNING THIRD PRIZE IN THE 2023 POST-HARVEST PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY CONTEST 🎉🎉🎉

On the morning of December 2, 2023, the final round of the 2023 Post-harvest Processing Technology competition was held by the Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth.

The competition is organized in 2 groups: Group A – Topics and technological solutions in processing; Group B – Topics and technological solutions in preservation. The contest had the participation of 57 topics and products from universities and units in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces. 

With the topic “Optimization of extraction conditions on total catechin content, total phenolic content from cashew apples (Anacardium occidentale L.) using enzyme- and ultrasound-assisted method and production of spray-dried instant powder”, the IUFT students including Chau Minh Thuan, Quach Vi Khang, Chu Bao Khue and Cao Hoang Anh excellently won third prize in group A.
