CONGRATULATIONS TO IUFT ALUMNI ON BECOMING R&D TALENTS MASAN

The Next Masan R&D Talents 2023 has officially closed its first season with 15 best faces joining the Masan R&D team. IUFT is pleased to have 4 talented alumni on this list. They have gone through the extremely rigorous competition rounds of the program to enter the Onboarding round and experience the 2-year training and professional development roadmap at Masan. After these 2 years, they will be considered for promotion to a management position.
