INTRODUCTION
The Department of Food Technology (IUFT), one of the departments of the School of Biotechnology, International University was established under Decision No. 710/QD-DHQT-TCHC dated October 26, 2010. The department delivers food technology training programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducts scientific research and produces highly qualified graduates for the workforce and society.

LECTURERS AND STAFFS
In addition, IUFT also has other full-time staff from the School of Biotechnology, visiting lecturers from leading domestic and foreign universities participating in teaching related courses.
BUSINESS PARTNERS
Graduates of the department are currently employed steadily by both local and international firms as well as joint venture businesses. Furthermore, a large number of the department’s alumni have been awarded scholarships to study abroad for master’s and doctoral degrees at esteemed universities across the globe.
